A session built for you

A photo session built around your concept — Warsaw. Don't see your idea on offer? Tell me what you want the pictures to be, and I'll build the session around it.

Ask about a date

Don’t see your session in the menu? That doesn’t mean I don’t shoot it.

The menu lists what I shoot often enough that it has its own page. Your idea doesn’t have to be on that list. Photos for LinkedIn, a portrait for a book cover, a session as a gift for someone, images to announce a project, something I haven’t seen before — all of that is a session built around a concept, and the concept is the starting point here, not an add-on.

How it works

We don’t start from a package. We start from what the pictures need to show and where they’re going — because a billboard shot, a press shot and an Instagram shot are three different photographs.

1. You tell me what you want. One sentence is fine. A moodboard is fine. So is “I don’t know what to call it, but I want it to look something like this.”

2. I come back with a proposal. Concept, location, rough time and cost. If I think your idea won’t work, I say so before the session, not after.

3. We shoot. The rest looks like any other session: the location is chosen for the pictures, and on set there’s a plan and spare ideas.

What I don’t shoot

I’d rather say it plainly than waste your time on a conversation:

  • Weddings
  • Newborn sessions
  • Family sessions
  • Christenings and family celebrations

If you’re looking for one of those, I’m not the right address — and I’ll happily point you to someone who is.

Events are a separate matter: I don’t do party coverage, but I can consider a good event with an idea behind it. Tell me what it is and I’ll say straight whether I’m in.

Is it more expensive?

Not by definition. A concept session starts from 700 PLN — the same as the outdoor session and the women’s photoshoot on offer. Beyond that, the price depends on how long the session takes, how many people are needed on set and how many photos you want. You get a quote before booking, not after the shoot.

Got an idea that isn’t in the menu? Get in touch or message me on Instagram — tell me what you want the pictures to be, and I’ll tell you how to make them.

FAQ

No. Most people who come to me have no posing experience. On set I tell you how to position yourself. I won't bend you into poses you don't recognise yourself in — a photo in which you, or your partner, recognise you straight away is better.

No, unless you agree to it. This is a private session — by default I publish nothing: not in my portfolio, not on Instagram. Consent to publish is not a condition of the session. You can agree to some frames and not others, and a “no” changes nothing between us.

Yes. One person on set doesn't get in the way, and many people feel more at ease with company. I only ask them to cheer from the side — the fewer distractions while posing, the better the photos. You can also come alone — whichever you prefer.

Yes. I'll recommend a makeup artist I work with. You arrange and settle with her directly — she sets her own rate, roughly 320 PLN. The exception is model tests, where polaroids and digitals are meant to show your natural features, so makeup gets in the way more than it helps.

We start with the vision, not the wardrobe. First we talk about what photos you want, and I put together a moodboard — a set of reference images showing the mood, the light and the framing. Based on it I tell you which clothes from your wardrobe to prepare, so you know what we're going for before you get on set. Got statement pieces you rarely have an occasion for? Go for it — a session is a good moment to bring them out. Bring outfits on hangers or in a garment bag so they don't crease. If you want makeup, I'll recommend a makeup artist I work with.

Get in touch through the form or on Instagram, and we agree on the concept, place and date. Before booking you get the price list, the Session Terms and a draft contract. You get the quote — including the deposit that reserves the date — before booking.

Yes. Warsaw is my base, but I travel. By default I plan trips that fit into a single day: Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz, Lublin, Bialystok, Kielce, Radom, Olsztyn, Czestochowa, the Tricity area (Gdansk, Sopot, Gdynia), and the whole Katowice metropolitan area. Longer trips are possible too — if the shoot needs two days or the place is further out, we price it individually. Travel up to 50 km from my address (shortest road route) is included; beyond that it costs 1.50 PLN per kilometre over that limit (the rate already covers the round trip), and beyond 150 km I price it individually. You get the quote before booking. Your city not on the list? Get in touch — I'll check whether the trip makes sense.

Because the date and the location are one decision, not two. I don't have my own studio — I pick the location to fit what the pictures need, so until I know what kind of session we're making, I don't know which space can carry it or when it's free. A click-to-book calendar would promise availability I can't confirm before we've talked. That's why the process starts with a conversation, not a click — get in touch, tell me what you're looking for and roughly when suits you, and I'll come back with a proposed date and place.
