Studio Chmury Hoża

Two studios in one, both with daylight: a large one with a cyclorama and a stucco wall and a small one with arches and niches.

In the large one the windows face south-west: soft light from the morning, direct sun from 12–1 pm until sunset. Blinds soften it but can’t black the room out completely.

I book the small one for sunlit summer frames and portraits that should look like they were shot late in the afternoon somewhere in southern Europe or North Africa: pale arches and stepped niches, palms, rattan chairs and curtains that let the warm light through.
